Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an Operations Staff member for the Petersen Events Center & Victory Heights Arena. The role involves preparing and maintaining facilities for a variety of events, with hands-on responsibilities under a unionized workforce and a probationary period.

The position requires flexibility to work evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays to support event operations, including weather-related shifts.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work a highly flexible, event-driven schedule including overnights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving heavy equipment.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Clear and professional communication skills—verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Perform event setups and tear-downs including staging, flooring, tables, chairs, pipe & drape, and related equipment.
• Support facility conversions to accommodate a wide array of activities (sporting events, performances, trade shows, private functions).
• Read and follow event setup layouts and instructions.
• Move and position furniture and equipment per diagrams.
• Assist with deliveries, equipment transport, and logistics.
