Swan Analytical USA is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support planning, coordination, and execution of national and regional tradeshows and industry events across the United States. You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations, coordinating logistics, materials, and on-site support.

The role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple projects, travel as needed, and maintain brand consistency across channels.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Experience planning and executing events, logistics, or vendor relationships.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Canva, Adobe, or social platforms.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute national and regional tradeshows, conferences, and industry events.
• Develop event project plans, timelines, and checklists to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate event logistics including booth selection, shipping, travel, and on-site services.
• Serve as primary contact for external vendors and suppliers.
• Prepare tradeshow materials and manage packaging, shipping, and returns.
• Provide onsite support for booth setup and operations (25–50% travel).
• Troubleshoot onsite issues to maintain brand quality.
• Maintain inventory of event materials and promotional items.
• Track performance metrics and report post-event outcomes.
