Job summary

Comcast is seeking an events professional to plan, coordinate, and execute client experiences, brand events, and promotional programs. You will partner with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality experiences, manage budgets, and report outcomes.

You will lead workstreams, own planning through post-event analysis, and communicate risks and updates to Event Managers. A degree and 5–7 years of experience support success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates execution of client experiences, brand events, and programs with creative materials, registration, vendor relations, contracting, logistics, and onsite support.
  • Owns smaller-scale client experiences from planning through execution and post-event reporting.
  • Leads defined workstreams for assigned events, including timelines, follow-ups, and budget inputs.
  • Acts as day-to-day point of contact for event programs, communicating risks and updates.
  • Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Creative, Communications and others to support event strategies.
  • Manages assigned event budgets, tracks spend and forecasts, and reconciles expenses.
  • Supports vendor sourcing and coordination with venues, suppliers, and agencies.
  • Contributes to post-event measurement with reporting and insights tied to objectives.
  • Maintains annual network promotions calendar and post-promotion duties.
  • Exercises independent judgment and maintains punctual attendance.
  • Willing to work nights, weekends, travel, and overtime as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Has in-depth experience, knowledge, and skills within their discipline. Works independently with minimal guidance while managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Exercises sound judgment, communicates proactively, and typically determines their own work priorities.

Core Responsibilities
  • Coordinates the execution of assigned client experiences, brand events, and promotional programs, including creative materials, attendee registration, vendor relationships, contracting,logistics, and onsite support.
  • Owns smaller-scale client experiences and internal event programs independently from planning through execution and post-event reporting, with Event Manager guidance as needed.
  • Leads defined workstreams forassignedevents, including timeline ownership, stakeholder follow-up, vendor coordination, budget inputs, deliverables, issue resolution, and day-to-day event workflows.
  • Serves as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned event programs, proactively communicating risks, decisions, status updates, and recommended solutions to Event Managers and cross-functional partners.
  • Collaborates with Event Managers, Sales, Marketing, Creative, Communications, and other stakeholders to support event strategies, align messaging, coordinate promotional assets, and ensure tracking and reporting requirements are implemented.
  • Manages assigned event budgets, tracks spend against approved plans, supports forecasting,processesinvoices, reconciles expenses, andidentifiescost efficiencies recommendations.
  • Supports vendor sourcing, contracting, and coordination with venues, suppliers, agencies, and other event partners to ensure successful program execution.
  • Contributes to post-event measurement by supporting event reporting, attendee engagement analysis, post-event summaries, and insights tied to businessobjectives, program effectiveness,client impact, and recommendations to improve future event experiences and operational efficiency.
  • Maintains andmonitorsannualnetwork promotions calendar and post-promotion responsibilities.
  • Exercises independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Maintains regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
  • Must be able to work some nights and weekends, travel as needed, support variable schedules, and work overtime as necessary.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
