Job summary

Harbinger Motors is seeking a Marketing Intern focused on Events in California. You will support trade shows, ride‑and‑drives, dealer and fleet events, and industry conferences from planning through on‑site execution and post‑event follow‑up.

You will work closely with the Event Marketing Manager and broader Marketing team, coordinating assets, timelines, and vendor relationships while gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑growing automotive technology environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, or related field.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Able to coordinate across Sales, Engineering, Service, Operations, and Marketing.
• Interest in automotive, mobility, or B2B marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support trade shows, ride‑and‑drives, dealer and fleet events, and conferences.
• Maintain event timelines, checklists, and deliverable trackers.
• Coordinate event materials, signage, brochures, and giveaways.
• Assist with on‑site setup, execution, and breakdown.
• Capture photos and content for marketing channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to gather assets.
• Draft social media copy and content for LinkedIn and internal comms.
• Update Harbinger's website, internal resources, and dealer resources.
