Job summary

Harbinger is building the next generation of medium-duty electric vehicles, and we're seeking a Marketing Intern focused on Events to support our growing presence at trade shows, ride-and-drives, dealer and fleet events.

Work with the Event Marketing Manager and Marketing team from planning through on-site execution and post-event follow-up. This role demands strong communication, organization, and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confidence communicating across teams and external partners.
• Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and moving parts.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute trade shows, industry conferences, ride-and-drives, dealer and fleet events, and other Harbinger activations.
• Maintain event timelines, checklists, action items, and deliverable trackers to keep projects on schedule.
• Coordinate event materials including signage, booth graphics, brochures, giveaways, apparel, presentations, and branded assets.
• Support event logistics including shipping, inventory, booth materials, vehicle coordination, registration, staffing plans, and day-of execution.
• Assist with on-site setup, event execution, booth organization, breakdown, and post-event follow-up.
• Capture photos, videos, customer feedback, and other content for use across Harbinger's channels.
