Nothing Bundt Cakes – Erie is seeking an Event Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and execute bakery events both in-store and off-site. You will build community partnerships, manage vendors, and ensure events reflect warmth and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating community events or similar roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work nights and weekends for events.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate bakery events in-store and off-site.
• Manage vendor relations and coordinate deliveries.
• Serve as primary contact for event partners and sponsors.
• Organize event logistics: scheduling, setup, and staffing.
• Support marketing with outreach and social content.
• Maintain inventory of event materials and promo items.
• Represent the brand with professionalism during events.
• Assist store operations during peak periods.
