Job summary

Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is seeking an Event Manager to recruit, hire and supervise in-store Product Demonstrators, oversee product preparation and presentation, training and superb service to Club members. This role requires strong communication with warehouse managers, vendors and demonstrators, including participation in new location grand openings.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required with related work background.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3–5 years in client-side branded consumer goods or related field.

Responsibilities

• Direct all activities for events, promotions and vendor product sales.
• Communicate strategies to achieve sales, service and operating excellence.
• Support governance framework, policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the District Manager to evaluate event metrics and costs.
• Achieve revenue and net income objectives through sales activation and management.
• Improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through operations.
