Are you a detail-driven event professional with a passion for delivering impactful experiences? We’re looking for a Part-Time Event Project Manager to join our team and support the seamless execution of virtual, hybrid, and in-person events. If you're highly organized, resourceful, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment—this is the role for you!

Location: 100% Remote

Job Type: Long-term Contract

The ideal candidate has solid experience in both onsite and virtual event planning and project management—from concept through post-event follow-up. This person demonstrates excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and monitor them through to completion.

Events typically range from 50 to 100 attendees, and proficiency in Cvent and Salesforce is required.

• Manage events from concept to execution, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site/virtual support.
• Build and maintain event timelines, budgets, and task trackers.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure flawless event delivery.
• Assist with venue selection, vendor sourcing, and contract negotiations.
• Oversee registration, guest communications, and post-event feedback.
• Ensure compliance with brand, safety, and legal standards.
• Provide hands-on support during events (occasional evenings/weekends may be required).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in event planning, coordination, or project management.
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency with tools such as Cvent, Salesforce, and Jira.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Experience with virtual or hybrid event platforms.
• Budgeting and cost-tracking experience.
• Creative problem-solving and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
