Job Description
  • Support and manage the planning and execution of branded coconut activations, corporate events, and pop-ups from setup to breakdown
  • Coordinate event logistics including transport, display setup, and on-site staffing
  • Serve as an on-site point of contact, ensuring the experience meets expectations
  • Communicate with clients and vendors leading up to and during events
  • Manual dexterity for operating branding and printing equipment
  • Maintain inventory and warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
  • Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs
  • Team player mentality in a small-crew environment
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders
Required skills
  • Execute setup and breakdown on tight timelines
  • Remain composed in client-facing situations and problem-solving on the fly
  • Be reliable, organized, and adaptable - able to juggle multiple events and orders
