This position coordinates official events and other gatherings in-person and virtually. Responsibilities include overseeing vendors, event components, budget, and marketing.
Department Details: This role supports the Eye & Ear Foundation, and the Departments of Ophthalmology and Otolaryngology, which are part of Pitt's Eye and Ear Advancement.
Essential Functions:
Physical Effort: Must have a valid driver’s license. May involve long periods of standing/walking and moving tables or carrying light boxes.
