We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Event Manager to join our team and assist with the planning and execution of high-profile events.
The Event Manager will assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of events from initial concept through event completion. This person will work closely with Raul Avila, clients, vendors, staff, venues, and internal teams to ensure event details are organized and executed smoothly.
This is a fast-paced role for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, can manage multiple priorities, and is comfortable working on-site and solving problems in real time.
The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, proactive, and eager to take on responsibility. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, communicating with a variety of people, and jumping in wherever needed to help make an event successful.
You should be comfortable moving between planning meetings, vendor communications, administrative tasks, and the event floor while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. We’re looking for someone who is a team player, takes pride in their work, genuinely cares about the success of each event, and brings a positive, collaborative attitude to the team.
This is an event-driven position. The schedule may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours depending on event requirements.
Salary: $75,000 per year
