Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute bespoke client events that support sales relationships and business development.
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics including venues, vendors, catering, production, transportation, and guest experience.
  • Own all event communications and documentation, attendee tracking, travel manifests, and activity selections.
  • Oversee development and approval of event communications with internal design teams.
  • Develop and manage event budgets from inception through reconciliation.
  • Manage vendor relationships, onboarding, contracting, and invoicing.
  • Lead internal engagement events such as team gatherings and leadership meetings.
  • Provide on-site event management from setup to breakdown.
  • Partner with Ad Sales leads and cross-functional teams to align events with business objectives.
  • Develop timelines, run-of-show documents, and all event-related communications.
  • Troubleshoot issues in real time to ensure high-quality attendee experiences.
  • Manage premium/merchandising programs including sourcing and inventory tracking.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Event Manager to support the Ad Sales Engagement & Events team. Reporting to the Director, Ad Sales Engagement & Events, this role is responsible for planning and executing a range of events that support the sales organization, including bespoke client experiences, internal engagement initiatives, and on-site event execution.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality experiences for both clients and internal stakeholders.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • :Plan and execute bespoke client events that support sales relationships and business development effort
  • sManage end-to-end event logistics, including venue sourcing, vendor management, catering, production, transportation, and overall guest experienc
  • eOwn all event communications and documentation, including attendee tracking, rooming lists, travel manifests, and activity selections with a high degree of accurac
  • yOversee the development and approval of event communications (Save-the-DDates, invitations, RSVP materials) in partnership with internal design team
  • sDevelop and manage event budgets from inception through reconciliation, including expense authorizations, real-time tracking, and coordination with Financ
  • eManage vendor relationships, including onboarding, contracting, and invoice processing via Coup
  • aLead internal engagement events such as team gatherings, leadership meetings, and employee experience
  • sProvide on-site event management, ensuring seamless execution from setup through breakdow
