We're a local family business with global reach, designing and producing premium pet products right here in California. With a strong community across the U.S. and Europe and an expanding product line, we’re stepping up our event presence—and that’s where you come in.

The Role

We’re hiring three independent, community-minded, dog-loving Event Managers to represent Barks and Brownies at pop-up events, weekend markets, and local pet expos across:

In this role, you’ll bring our brand to life on the ground—owning and operating our event booth, building connections, demoing our products, and helping grow our loyal customer base.

What You'll Do:

• Host and operate a branded Barks and Brownies booth at 2–4 weekend events per month
• Engage customers, share our brand story, demo products, and drive sales
• Capture and share content (photos, short videos) with our social team
• Help identify new market and event opportunities in your region
• Be the face of Barks and Brownies in your area

Requirements:

• Based in San Francisco, Los Angeles, or San Diego, with the ability to travel locally
• Weekend availability (we provide a schedule ahead of time)
• Experience in sales, events, or customer engagement preferred
• Own reliable transportation and able to lift booth materials (tables, crates, signage)
• Bonus: experience in pet-related businesses or community building
