Job summary

Mint Cannabis in Mesa, AZ is seeking an Event Assistant to support setup and execution of events across the Valley. You will load and arrange tents, tables, and promotional gear, and work closely with marketing to ensure a polished presence.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in events or logistics, can lift 50 lbs, hold a valid driver’s license, and are 25 or older with Arizona Facility Agent eligibility. This role may include evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in events, logistics, or warehouse work.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record and ability to drive a company vehicle.
• Must be at least 25 years old and eligible to work in cannabis in Arizona.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and set up tents, tables, and promotional gear.
• Transport items safely to locations across the Valley.
• Maintain organized inventory and track items in Google Sheets.
• Perform light warehouse tasks and routine inventory audits.
• Support event setup and break-down during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure polished event presence.
