JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The Lifestyle Coordinator plays an integral role in supporting the day-to-day management of the community to achieve community goals surrounding resident retention. This role works closely with the Community Manager and Sales Consultants to assist in the move-in process, the creation and coordination of programs and resident events, and with all aspects of sales and marketing for the community.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area, ensuring their comfort while they wait to speak with a team member. Assist with tours as needed.
  2. Answer phone calls, route them to the appropriate team member, and assist with service request callbacks as necessary.
  3. Maintain the guest suite schedule for proper payment and cleanliness, and manage loading dock and elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs.
  4. Manage all package deliveries by documenting arrivals and notifying residents within 24 hours.
  5. Ensure amenities are in tour condition and prepared for resident use.
  6. Utilize amenity spaces to develop and execute innovative events, services, and programs, including developing outcomes and assessment metrics.
  7. Keep detailed information on local restaurants, shops, delivery options, and other relevant services; maintain relationships with vendors and local businesses; offer recommendations to residents; stay updated on community events.
  8. Monitor and respond to the Lifestyle Email Account, working with the Lifestyle Team to ensure timely responses and to promote events and programs.
  9. Create and distribute the monthly calendar, newsletter, and flyers; monitor and update the Resident Portal.
  10. Participate in meeting sales and marketing program standards and benchmarks.
  11. Contribute to budget development related to activities and resident retention, and manage expenses within budget.

Additional Compensation

Many factors influence employee pay, including business needs, experience, skills, and location.

  • Corporate Positions: May include quarterly or annual bonuses based on performance.
  • Onsite Property Positions: May include weekly, monthly, and quarterly bonuses.
