• Obtain daily production schedule and prep requirements from Chef
• Prepare items from production sheets following recipes
• Complete daily production worksheets and logs
• Taste items to ensure quality
• Maintain proper temperatures and portion control
• Serve customers at multiple stations efficiently and courteously
• Follow HACCP guidelines and complete required documentation
• Operate and clean equipment; maintain a safe workspace
• Adhere to company policies and safety standards
