Levy Sector at Spectrum Center is hiring an Event Level Club Cook to prepare high-quality menu items in a fast-paced setting. You will follow standardized recipes, ensure safe food handling, and maintain station cleanliness while delivering on production and service timelines.

You will operate in a dynamic stadium environment, collaborating with supervisors and senior cooks to optimize meal quality, portion control, and timely service for events and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Prepares food according to recipes and standards.
• Follows safety, sanitation and HACCP guidelines.
• Learns basic prep methods and knife safety.
• Maintains clean, well-organized workstations.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items per recipes to meet production and service schedules.
• Ensures proper portioning and serving temperatures, and attractive presentation.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the assigned station throughout shift.
• Assists in production planning, record-keeping and ordering of food and supplies.
• Reports maintenance or safety issues to supervision and participates in safety meetings.
