Renewal by Andersen of Washington seeks energetic individuals to engage homeowners at events, setting qualified appointments for design consultants. You start with a base of $21/hour and can earn $25–$35 per qualified appointment plus 0.5% commission on final sale.

You’ll work at home shows, fairs, and retail locations, indoors and outdoors. We emphasize a no-drama team culture, strong communication, and reliability, with paid travel for events over 20 miles or 30 minutes away.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Reliable vehicle and current auto insurance.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry up to 50 lbs frequently.
• Willingness to work variable hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities
