Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking outgoing, energetic individuals to represent our brand at home shows, fairs, and retail locations across the country. You’ll engage homeowners, start conversations, and aim to set qualified consultations for our Design Consultants, acting as the face of America’s most trusted window brand.

You’ll earn a guaranteed base of $21/hour, plus $25-$35 per qualified appointment and a 0.5% commission on final sale, with mileage reimbursement for events over 20 miles.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver's License, a reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry up to 50 lbs frequently during shifts.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engaging the Community: You are the face of our brand! You'll start conversations with homeowners at local events and retail sites.
• Setting the Stage: You aren't selling windows; you're selling the appointment. Your goal is to set qualified consultations for our Design Consultants.
• Problem Solving: Use your conversational agility to address customer needs and build trust authentically.
• Continuous Growth: Participate in coaching and role-playing to sharpen your skills and increase your bonus potential.
