Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Steward/Dishwasher to support the food and beverage team at our Anchorage venue. The role focuses on transporting and cleaning utensils and service ware, ensuring cooks and servers have the proper equipment for guests’ dining experiences.

Key duties include operating the dishwashing machine, cleaning kitchen equipment and surfaces, assisting in banquet setup, and maintaining sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of service ware and how to maintain it to compliment guest experience.
• Ability to push/pull service carts weighing up to 600 lbs.
• Ability to read English to comprehend job requests and notices.
• Ability to transport heavy objects through crowded rooms.

Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing machine under set guidelines to prevent injury and breakage.
• Clean kitchen equipment, floors, and walls as directed by supervisor.
• Assist in banquet dish up and setup as directed by chefs and supervisors.
• Remove all kitchen waste to proper receptacles.
• Sort soiled ware and run through the dish machine promptly; replace in storage.
