Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2–3+ years in upscale banquet, hotel, or convention center role.
• State Health Certificate and immunizations are required.
• Technical proficiency in food preparation methods.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of all kitchen staff in assigned units.
• Develop and initiate training for culinary team members.
• Oversee culinary operations on event days and prep days.
• Supervise line setup, prep, breakdown, and task delegation.
