Qualifications

• Food Handlers license required in Texas.
• Must be 18 years old, have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Physical: able to lift 30 lbs frequently and stand for 8–12 hours.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes and kitchenware during events.
• Collect used items and load/unload the dishwasher.
• Hand wash items as needed and store cleaned pieces.
• Ensure there are enough cleaned dishes during peak service.
• Remove garbage regularly and sanitize the kitchen area.
• Maintain HACCP compliance and support a teamwork-driven environment.
• Be flexible with schedule, including nights/weekends.
