Job summary

ONT Field, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for a Dishwasher position at ONT Field. Responsible for maintaining kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition.

Essential duties include keeping a sanitary environment, washing pots and trays, and transferring supplies between storage and work areas. You will also assist with event dishwashing stations as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a food and beverage setting required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains sanitary and safe work environment.
• Washes pots, pans, trays, and other kitchenware.
• Operates dishwashing station and/or machine during events.
• Transfers supplies between storage and work areas.
• Keeps china, glass, and silver in place.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
