Job summary

Proof of the Pudding is seeking additional dishwashers to join the Allen, TX team for event-driven hospitality operations. You will maintain cleanliness, wash and sort dine ware, and support food service needs during live events at Credit Union of Texas Event Center.

Role involves setting up stations, operating dish machines, and assisting the chef and other staff as needed within a fast-paced event calendar.

• Willing to support changing event schedules and duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a clean kitchen, washes and sorts soiled dishes, and preps as needed.
• Sets up dish stations and dish machines.
• Maintains floors clean and dry during shift.
• Washes, stacks, and stores china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers.
• Changes water and uses chemical dilutions per standards.
• Assists in storing food deliveries and organizing storage areas.
