RS3 Strategic Hospitality, powered by Proof of the Pudding, is hiring dishwashers to support events in Allen, TX. You will play a vital role in maintaining a clean kitchen and efficient dish operations during changing event schedules.

Responsibilities include setting up dish stations, cleaning and organizing dishware, and assisting with basic food prep as needed. This position operates on-site and supports high-volume hospitality services for sports, entertainment, and cultural venues.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a clean kitchen, properly washes and sorts soiled dishes, and preps foods as needed.
• Sets up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks.
• Keeps floors clean and dry throughout the shift.
• Washes, stacks, and stores china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers.
• Changes water in machines and sinks every two hours and uses chemical dilutions as directed by EcoLab.
• Assists with storing food deliveries and organizing dry storage areas.
• Maintains the china room and warehouse organization.
• Follows posted daily dish cleaning duties and assists with food prep or other duties as needed.

Dishwashers are responsible for a wide range of tasks to help ensure efficient overall operations of the changing event logistics and business needs. Work assignments and tasks can change daily based on the immediate needs of the event calendar.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:Maintains a clean kitchen, properly washes and sorts soiled dishes, and preps foods as needed. Keeps dish area free of clutter and organized.Sets up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks.Maintains clean / dry floors throughout the shift.Properly washes, stacks, and stores china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers.Changes water of machines and sinks every two hours, or more often as required by business levels, and properly uses chemical dilutions set by EcoLab.Assists in the timely storing of food deliveries.Maintains trash cans throughout shift and removes full trashcans and boxes at the end of each shift.Maintains the dry storage area and the organization of storage shelves.Assist with maintaining and organizing the china room and warehouse.Follows the posted daily dish cleaning duties.Assists in food prep and any other duties set forth or requested by the chef as needed.Performs other related duties as needed.
