Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Part-Time Cook for The Buddy Holly Hall in Lubbock, TX. You will prepare hot and cold items per recipes, maintain food safety, and support inventory and station readiness. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays during events.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, stocking, and coordinating with the concession team to serve guests efficiently. Prior culinary training or experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Reads and interprets recipes and prep lists.
• Reads and interprets safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Possesses basic knife skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepares hot and cold food to order per recipes.
• Provides high quality service to guests and staff at all times.
• Follows food handling techniques to minimize waste and costs.
• Assists with opening/closing inventory counts.
• Keeps station prepared and clean for service.
