Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an Event Staff for Food and Beverage to support concessions, bar, and banquet functions during venue events at Buddy Holly Hall in Lubbock, Texas. The position is event-based with hours that include evenings, weekends, and holidays, requiring flexibility and a professional appearance.

You will deliver exceptional guest service, assist with setup, service, and breakdown, handle cash/credit transactions, promote upselling opportunities to maximize profitability, and

Qualifications

• Education/experience: High school diploma preferred; minimum of 2 years work-related experience; event experience preferred; TABC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup, execution, and breakdown of food and beverage operations during venue events.
• Deliver guest service for concessions, bar, and banquet functions; respond to guest needs and questions.
• Process cash and credit transactions using point-of-sale systems; balance cash drawers.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation; report hazards or equipment issues.
• Promote upselling opportunities to maximize profitability; work with supervisors and teammates.
