Job summary

EventWorks in Nashville is seeking an Installer who can reliably load and unload gear, set and strike drape, furniture and hardware at event venues. You will work as part of a crew, supporting daily schedules and delivering outstanding customer service.

The role offers varied hours with opportunities for overtime and potential to grow into a full-time position, under supervision of the General Manager and Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service-related job experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to execute consecutive events while handling the associated stresses and challenges.
• Can positively interact with team members and customers on a daily basis and be open to constructive criticism.
• A great attitude and great customer service skills.
• Can read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
• Must maintain a professional appearance, have reliable transportation, and be punctual.
• Is able to problem solve and prioritize needs while on jobsites.
• Is able to handle team dynamics, and customer service issues on a daily basis.
• Workload varies from 0-40+ hours per week based on volume and availability.

Responsibilities

The EventWorks Installer is a customer service position, with an emphasis on reliability and determination. The responsibilities include safely loading and unloading gear from company vehicles, setting and striking drape, furniture, and hardware at event venues.

The Event Installer will be working with and as part of a team of installers. Workload varies from 0-30+ hours per week based on volume and availability. Installer will demonstrate strong leadership skills by taking the initiative, staying customer-focused, displaying a strong work ethic while on the jobsite and being able to execute consecutive events.
