Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in New Jersey is seeking a part-time Event Host to ensure guests have an exceptional experience from start to finish. You will coordinate event details, work with staff, and help guests enjoy food, beverages, and activities.

Responsibilities include pre-event info gathering, coordinating with managers and service staff, upselling extensions, arranging setups, and creating a memorable guest connection. Evening and night shifts may apply.

Responsibilities

• Gather essential event information and staffing details before events.
• Liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff to coordinate timing and special requests.
• Suggest extensions and upsell offerings to enhance event packages.
• Coordinate setup of tables/areas/supplies and manage food & beverage service.
• Build personal connections with the event contact and ensure guest needs are exceeded.
• Assist guests by programming names into scoring systems, explain safety precautions, and provide a quick bowling lesson if needed.
