Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking an Event Host to join our team in a part-time, on-site role in the Cherry Hill area. You will engage guests from pre-event to post-event, ensuring exceptional service, managing event logistics, and coordinating with managers, chefs, and staff.

Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to guest satisfaction are essential. You will also help with scheduling details, safety briefings, and may participate in basic guest engagement activities.

Responsibilities

• Gather all essential info for events and staffing prior to an event’s start.
• Liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests.
• Suggestively sell extensions to the pre-ordered event food, beverage, and/or experience package.
• Coordinate the setup of all tables/areas/supplies and manage the service of all food & beverage.
• Create a personal connection with the event contact and ensure guest needs are met and exceeded.
• Assist the guest by helping program names into the scoring system, explaining safety precautions.
