Responsibilities

• Gather essential info for events and staffing prior to start.
• Liaise with managers, chefs, and staff regarding timing and requests.
• Suggest extensions to pre-ordered event packages.
• Coordinate setup of tables and supplies and service of food & beverage.
• Create a personal connection with the event contact to exceed guest needs.
• Assist guests with scoring system and safety briefings as needed.
