Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking an Event Host to create memorable experiences for guests at our venues. This role is part-time with evening and night shifts, requiring strong people skills and a passion for outstanding guest service.

You’ll coordinate event details, staff coordination, and guest interactions to ensure every experience exceeds expectations. You’ll also help with event setup, scoring where applicable, safety briefings, and upselling extensions to enhance the guest

Responsibilities

• Gather essential event and staffing info before start.
• Liaise with managers, chefs and service staff on timing and requests.
• Suggestively sell extensions to event packages.
• Coordinate setup of tables/areas and food & beverage service.
• Create a personal connection with the event contact and exceed guest needs.
• Assist guests by programming names into scoring and explain safety basics.
