Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Kenner, LA is seeking an enthusiastic Event Host to create memorable experiences during evenings and weekend events. This part-time role focuses on guest satisfaction, quick service, and seamless event flow in a vibrant entertainment venue.

You’ll greet guests, coordinate with staff, upsell extensions to packages, and ensure every guest leaves wanting more. Prior hospitality experience is a plus; training provided. Flexible schedule required.

Responsibilities

• Gather essential event information and staffing details prior to start.
• Liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding timing and requests.
• Suggestively upsell extensions to pre-ordered event packages.
• Coordinate setup of tables/areas and service of food & beverage.
• Create personal connections with event contacts and exceed guest needs.
• Assist guests by guiding them through scoring system and safety procedures.
