Job summary

TAMROD is seeking energetic Event Hosts to create memorable experiences at our community events in the United States. You will set up materials, welcome guests, assist with DIY activities, take and serve orders, and help demonstrate crafts while keeping spaces safe and organized.

We value friendly, customer-service oriented individuals who can multitask in a fast-paced environment, communicate proactively with guests, and contribute to a 5-star experience.

• Setting up event materials, DIY craft stations, and food/beverage displays.
• Welcoming guests warmly and assisting them throughout the experience.

• Helping to facilitate small group instructions or demonstrations.
• Maintaining an organized, clean, and safe event space before, during, and after events.

We're looking for outgoing, detail-oriented individuals who are confident interacting with the public and can lead small groups with energy and professionalism.

Event Hosts are responsible for:

• Setting up event materials, DIY craft stations, and food/beverage displays
• Welcoming guests warmly and assisting them throughout the experience
• Supporting customers during DIY activities (e.g., candle making, crafting)
• Taking and serving food and beverage orders as needed
• Helping to facilitate small group instructions or demonstrations
• Maintaining an organized, clean, and safe event space before, during, and after events
• Communicating proactively with guests to ensure a 5-star experience

Key Skills and Qualities:

• Confident and comfortable speaking to small groups

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Available to work weekends and weekday evenings
• Previous experience in events, hospitality, retail, or customer service preferred (but not required - we'll train the right person!)
• Ability to lift 25 lbs (for event set-up/take-down assistance)
• Food handler certification or ABC alcohol training a plus (or willing to obtain)
