WHAT OUR EVENT HOSTS DO

Our event hosts are responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their event, exceeding expectations, and anticipating needs. Multitasking is essential—if you excel at juggling multiple responsibilities, you'll thrive as our event host.

AN EVENT HOST’S DAY-TO-DAY

• Gather essential information for upcoming events and staffing needs
• Coordinate with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and special requests
• Recommend additional entertainment or food & beverage options to enhance the event experience
• Oversee setup of tables, areas, and supplies, and manage food & beverage service
• Establish a personal connection with the event contact and ensure guest needs are exceeded
• Assist guests with program details, explain safety precautions, and provide quick instructions if needed
