What Our Event Hosts Do

Our event hosts are responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their event, exceeding expectations, and anticipating needs. Multitasking is essential—and if you excel at that, you'll be great as our event host.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Gather all essential information for events and staffing prior to the event
• Liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and special requests
• Suggest additional entertainment, food, or beverage options to enhance the event experience
• Coordinate setup of tables, areas, and supplies; manage food & beverage service
• Build personal connections with guests to ensure needs are met and expectations exceeded
• Assist with programming, explain safety protocols, and provide a quick orientation if needed

Pay Range: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
