What Our Event Hosts Do

Our event hosts are responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their event, exceeding expectations, and anticipating needs as if it were second nature. Multitasking is essential—if you're good at managing multiple tasks simultaneously, you'll excel as our event host.

Daily Responsibilities of an Event Host

• Gather all necessary information for events and staffing before the event begins
• Coordinate with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and special requests
• Suggest additional entertainment or food & beverage options to enhance the event experience
• Oversee setup of tables, areas, and supplies, and manage food & beverage service
• Build personal connections with event contacts and ensure guest needs are not only met but exceeded
• Assist guests with programming names into the scoring system, explain safety procedures, and provide quick bowling lessons if needed
