Job summary

BEST Crowd Management is seeking a part-time, on-site Guest Services team member to support major sports, entertainment, and convention events. You will greet guests, scan tickets, direct foot traffic, and assist with safe crowd flow at stadiums, arenas, and venues.

You will answer questions, resolve basic issues, and follow established safety procedures, working with a professional, team-oriented staff. Training and growth opportunities exist within the GardaWorld family.
