Job summary

BEST Crowd Management is seeking a part-time Guest Services team member to support major sports, entertainment, and convention events on-site. You will greet and assist guests, scan tickets, direct foot traffic, and help maintain orderly crowd flow at stadiums, arenas, and venues.

You'll answer questions and resolve basic issues while following clear safety and security procedures. Training and ongoing support are provided, with opportunities to grow within the GardaWorld family.
