BEST Crowd Management is seeking a part-time on-site Guest Services team member to support major sports, entertainment, and convention events. You’ll greet and assist guests, scan tickets, direct foot traffic, and help maintain safe crowd flow at stadiums, arenas, and venues.

You will answer questions, resolve basic issues, and follow clear safety and security procedures while working with a professional, team-oriented staff. Training and growth opportunities exist within the GardaWorld family.
