Job summary

BEST Crowd Management in Wisconsin is seeking a part-time Guest Services team member to support major sports, entertainment, and convention events on-site. You will greet guests, scan tickets, direct foot traffic, answer questions, and follow clear safety procedures.

You'll work with a professional, team-oriented staff and receive training, support, and growth opportunities within the GardaWorld family, building experience in events, security, and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities
