Job summary

BEST Crowd Management is hiring a part-time, on-site Guest Services team member to support major sports, entertainment, and convention events in Wisconsin.

In this role you will greet guests, scan tickets, direct foot traffic, answer questions, and follow clear safety procedures to help maintain smooth crowd flow at stadiums and venues. You will work with a professional, team-oriented staff and receive hands-on training, with opportunities to grow within the GardaWorld family.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to greet guests warmly and handle inquiries.
• Ability to follow safety and security procedures.

Responsibilities
