Job summary

BEST Crowd Management in New Orleans, LA, at Caesar's Superdome, is seeking a Guest Services Staff member to join our event team. You will warmly welcome attendees, assist with directions and information, and help maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment throughout events.

The role requires excellent communication, good interpersonal skills, reliability, and the ability to stay calm under pressure while working evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and meet local regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, or event-related experience is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by warmly welcoming and assisting attendees.
• Assist with event set-up, including arranging equipment and signage.
• Monitor event areas for cleanliness, organization, and policy compliance.
• Answer questions and provide information about the event, facilities, and amenities.
• Guide guests to seating areas, restrooms, concessions, and exits.
• Address inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with event staff and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with crowd management when necessary.
• Adhere to company policies to maintain professionalism and service excellence.
