Job summary

Vacatia, Inc. in Orlando, FL is seeking a Sales & Marketing Event Manager to oversee owner engagement events, including Vacatia Live and Road Shows nationwide.

You will plan, coordinate, and execute high-impact events, lead on-site operations, and partner with Marketing to maximize attendance and tours. The ideal candidate has proven leadership, strong project management, and excellent communication skills, with experience in events or marketing and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute Vacatia Live events.
• Lead on-site Road Shows, travel logistics and venue coordination.
• Partner with Marketing to maximize attendance and qualified tours.
• Monitor event performance, attendance, and lead quality.
• Manage event budgets and vendor relationships.
• Oversee guest gifting, hospitality, and guest experience.
• Supervise Event Marketing Representatives, including coaching and scheduling.
• Travel as needed to support events.
