CORT Tradeshow and Events in Round Rock, TX is hiring immediately for a Warehouse Associate. You will support warehouse operations, load and unload trucks, and prepare furniture for events, trades shows, and transfers.

This role requires physical ability to lift 50+ pounds, familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse equipment, and a readiness to work weekends. The pay is $18 per hour with weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Warehousing experience preferred; priority given to more relevant experience.
• Forklift certification preferred; on-the-job training provided.
• Physically able to lift 50+ pounds regularly and 100 pounds with a partner.
• Experience with RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts, and stand-up reach trucks.
• Must pass drug screening as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks, ensuring no scratches or damage and correct item placement.
• Pick, stage, and prepare items for customer delivery or district transfers.
• Clean, touch up, repair, or wrap furniture to ensure it is rental-ready or properly protected for storage.
• Assemble or disassemble furniture pieces as needed.
• Maintain and clean the warehouse, including breaking down cardboard and dumping trash.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy, relocating products as needed.
• Tag, store, and organize products in the warehouse according to procedures.
• Participate in safety meetings and ensure compliance with security regulations.
• Assist drivers on deliveries when needed.
• Participate in special projects and other tasks as assigned.

Overview

CORT Tradeshow and Events is hiring immediately for Warehouse Associates in Round Rock, TX!

CORT Events provides furniture rental solutions to trade shows and events including festivals, weddings, corporate events, or even the Superbowl! The Warehouse Associate is responsible for assisting with various warehouse operations, including loading and unloading trucks, processing furniture, and maintaining the warehouse. This role ensures that furniture is rental-ready for events, tradeshows, or transfers to other districts. The Warehouse Associate will be cross-trained in all aspects of warehousing and may fill different roles based on daily business needs.

Pay: $18 / hour

Schedule: Schedule will vary based on the needs of the business, weekends are required

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation
• Previous warehousing experience preferred; priority consideration will be given to candidates with more and relevant experience
• Forklift Operator certification preferred; on-the-job certification provided
• Physically able and willing to move furniture; ability to lift 50+ pounds on a regular basis or 100 pounds with a partner
• Able to operate equipment such as RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts, and stand-up reach trucks
• Must pass drug screening (does not include THC) as a condition of employment
