Job summary

CORT Tradeshow and Events in Orlando, FL is hiring immediately for a Warehouse Associate to support loading, unloading, and processing furniture for events and transfers. The role requires weekend work and cross-training across warehouse tasks.

You will handle inventory, assembly, and safe handling of heavy items, with pay of $18/hour. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) with match, vacation, and more.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be willing to work weekends.
• Able to pass drug screening.
• Physically able to lift heavy items.
• Forklift certification preferred; on-the-job training provided.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks, ensuring no scratches or damage and correct item placement.
• Pick, stage, and prepare items for customer delivery or district transfers.
• Clean, touch up, repair, or wrap furniture to ensure it is rental-ready or properly protected for storage.
• Assemble or disassemble furniture pieces as needed.
• Maintain and clean the warehouse, including breaking down cardboard and dumping trash.
• Tag, store, and organize products in the warehouse according to procedures.
• Assist drivers on deliveries when needed.
• Participate in special projects and other tasks as assigned.
