Champion Windows & Home Exteriors is seeking a Field Marketer to act as a brand ambassador at events, home shows, festivals, and venues. You will engage prospects, demonstrate products, and schedule in-home estimates for the sales team.

The role emphasizes a positive, energetic demeanor and strong client interaction. Base pay ranges from $16.00 to $19.00 per hour plus commission; earnings may include weekly commissions of $750–$1500+.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Engage prospects at events, home shows, conventions, festivals, and fairs.
• Maintain appearance and attire according to company standards.
• Schedule in-home estimate appointments for the sales team.
• Assist with booth setup and breakdown at events.
• Contribute to social media and company culture efforts.
