Job summary

Champion Windows & Home Exteriors is seeking a Field Marketer to represent our brand at events, home shows, and festivals. You will engage prospects, demonstrate products, and schedule in-home estimates for the sales team.

A positive, energetic, client-facing presence is essential, with weekend availability and reliable transportation. Base pay is $16.00–$19.00 per hour plus commission; weekly commissions between $750–$1,500 are possible depending on performance and location.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Self-motivated with competitive spirit.
• Aggressive and consistent prospect engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours.
• Ability to walk for 4–8 hours.
• Willing to travel 10%.

Responsibilities

• Engage prospects at events, home shows, conventions, festivals and fairs.
• Maintain company appearance and attire standards.
• Present product knowledge and promotions at events.
• Schedule in-home estimate appointments for the sales team.
• Assist with booth setup and breakdown.
• Contribute to internal social media platforms and company culture.
