Job summary

Arcis Golf is seeking friendly, dependable team members to support Bear Creek Golf Club events in Dallas, TX. You will help with banquets, tournaments, and private events, performing food and beverage service, setup, and breakdown.

Ideal candidates bring a customer-service mindset, teamwork, and flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays. Training on food safety and responsible alcohol service may be provided.

Qualifications

• Customer service or banquet/restaurant experience is a plus.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and move around event spaces.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, assist with seating, and provide attentive service during events.
• Set up tables, chairs, linens, place settings, buffets, and service stations as required.
• Serve food and beverages, replenish buffets and bar areas, and keep guest spaces clean.
• Clear tables promptly and communicate special requests to the event manager.
• Assist bartenders with stocking beverages and keeping bar areas clean.
• Coordinate with kitchen and event team to stay on schedule.
• Assist with event breakdown and return equipment to storage areas.
• Follow food safety and responsible alcohol service procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of pavilions and banquet spaces.
