Job summary

Bear Creek Golf Club in Dallas, TX is seeking a friendly Tournament & Banquet Server to support golf tournaments, banquets and private events. You will help with food and beverage service, event setup and breakdown, and collaborate with the kitchen and event team to keep service on schedule.

Flexibility, dependability, and a customer-service mindset are essential, with shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior banquet or restaurant experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, banquet, restaurant, or barback is a plus.
• Availability for event schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, move around service areas, and carry items during events.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with seating.
• Set up tables, chairs, linens, place settings, buffets, and service stations.
• Serve food and beverages, replenish buffets, and clear tables promptly.
• Assist bartenders with stocking beverages, ice, glassware, and supplies.
